Every person has an individual personality. With the Big Five personality model, you can use your employees in the company in a more targeted manner.

The Big Five personality model divides a person's personality into its five core directions, which are determined with the help of a test:

  2. A high level of opennessmeans openness to new things, a thirst for research, curiosity, joy about intellectual topics

The evaluation allows conclusions to be drawn about the suitability for possible jobs as well as for interpersonal cooperation. For example, you can find out whether your potential candidate is really suitable for the position as a manager, since they must have a high level of stress resistance and empathy. Or you can test the conscientiousness of the employees in your IT department. Employees in your research department should have a high level of openness. High extraversion is extremely important in your sales force.
